Let's meet
Chemistry call
A first conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're the right partners for your next chapter.

What to expect from the call
A conversation, not a commitment.
- 01
Your goals
We explore why you're seeking coaching, the challenges you're facing and what you envision for this journey.
- 02
My approach
I share my coaching philosophy and structure, and we check whether my way of working fits your goals.
- 03
Practicalities & fit
We discuss commitment, the financial side and how we'd work together — so both of us can be sure it's the right match.
The call is a chance for us both to explore the fit. If I'm not the right coach for you, I'll happily recommend someone who is.
How to prepare
Come as you are. Bring what matters.
You don't need a polished brief. A little reflection beforehand can help us make the most of our time.
- Choose a starting point
- What brings you here now? Think of one challenge or transition you'd like to explore; it doesn't need to be perfectly defined.
- Imagine what could change
- What would you like to be different in your leadership, business or life? A few thoughts are enough.
- Bring your questions
- What would help you decide whether coaching — and working with me — is right for you?
- Make room for the conversation
- Find a quiet, private place where you can speak openly and give yourself these 25 minutes without distractions.
If we decide to work together
From first conversation to partnership.
We co-create a setup around your goals and agree the rhythm and commitment together, with time to reflect, experiment and integrate between sessions. Single sessions are also there for decisions that can't wait.
